I always wanted to try cheek stains so when I got this cute BAB The One Stick I did not waste any time in trying it. The packaging is not very different or luxurious as compared to lipsticks but still I find it kind of charming might be because of the bulky size and shape of the bullet. Well, I am not going to share my experience in detail in the first paragraph you need to read further to know every deet of my know-how of this three-in one product.

Be A Bombshell the one stick is a multi-purpose product that can be used for lips, cheeks and eyes. It comes packed in a black cardboard case. The outer packaging and shape of the bullet holder is similar to typical lipsticks except it is slightly bulkier or say bigger in circumference and length. The shade name is mentioned on the outer covering but no color coding.

The shape of the bullet is unlike normal lipsticks. It is flat round just like most of the check stains. Because of this shape, it is easier to apply on cheeks and eyes but not on lips. The flat bullet pose problem in immaculate outlining. I would suggest using a lip liner first and then fill in the lips using finger rather actually gliding the bullet on to the lips.

Sunset is an orange shade with coral undertones. It is a sheer to buildable shade but not so buildable to cover pigmentation. Also, you need to be careful with the number of swipes as it also has the tendency to get accumulated around lip corners. Plus, it is not the kind of shade that goes well with all outfits. I once wore it with a yellow outfit and it weighed down my entire look giving a tired impression. Hence, you have to be careful while doing that mix n match.

The texture is soft and creamy. I think it is too soft to bear Delhi heat so make sure that keep it safe from the sun otherwise the bullet may melt. On the contrary, this is a positive trait for cheeks & eyes as a soft melted bullet does not require much blending. All you need to do is dab it on cheeks or eyes, and using finger tips blend it.

About the finish, it is slightly shimmery shade, and the shimmer shows well on anywhere you dab it on. Under dim lights the sheen is not that prominent but when you come under flash light all the stars twinkle. The only concern is that I am not much satisfied with the unclean look of this stick on lips. As the product gets accumulated you have to even it out using finger tips, and be careful not to rub your lips together otherwise the whole look will be spoiled.

What I do not like about ‘Be A Bombshell the One Stick in Shade Sunset’

– On lips, it does not give an immaculate finish.
– It does not go well with outfits of all colors.
– It accumulates around lip corners.

The shade is beautiful when it comes on cheeks and eyes but when on lips it does not go well with every outfit. Again the pigmentation comes up fine on cheeks than eyes and lips. This is a sheer to buildable shade with slight tinge of shimmer, and comes packed in an easy-to carry bullet. Overall, looking at the usability it is a good product for travelling as long as you can take care of its application on lips.
