I am not a lipstick freak so when it comes to buying a new lipstick I think a number of times. My daily office regimen does not permit to wear bold colors. These bold shades have less usage and expire even before 20 applications. To save myself from the pain of throwing away a lesser used lipstick I like to invest in n*de lip shades. These shades can be easily worn anywhere and anytime. On a recent shopping haul I purchased another n*de shade ‘Rosy Nude’ from Revlon colorburst lipstick range. I did not eat or drink anything for 2 hours just to review but after that I could not stop myself, sorry gals ;-)

My take on Revlon Colorburst Lipstick (Rosy Nude – 065)
A muted brown pink color, flattering on all complexions. This is a perfect shade for daily office wear, and in no time it has become one of my favorite lip colors. Rosy n*de shade gives the face a very refreshing look. Its non-sticky and light texture makes it comfortable to wear for long hours. Sometimes I apply transparent lip balm on top to moisturize the lips and to give them a little shine. This shade does not have any fragrance, which might be a bonus point for people, who have sensitive noses. The another good part is that this lipstick does not settle in fine lines.
Longevity: This lipstick remains intact for about 4 hours, even if something is eaten or drunk but after that it requires touch up.
Pigmentation: The rosy nude shade is not that pigmented. Either you need to support it with a matching lip liner or you need to apply a couple of coats.
Finish: It has a satin finish that is nethier too glossy nor too matte. If you are fond of shining lips then you should apply a neutral lip gloss on top of this shade.

-It suits all Indian skin tones.
-Can be easily worn to office.
-Goes with western and Indian outfits.
-Non Sticky.
-Very light texture.
-Does not bleed.
-Smooth application.
-Fragrance free.
-Basic color stays for 3-4 hours with interim meals.
What I do not like about Revlon Colorburst Lipstick (Rosy Nude – 065)
-Wears out easily.
-Requires touch up.
