Off lately, I have been using many CoverGirl products, and I like most of them. A couple of my favorite products are CoverGirl pressed powder (you can check its review here) and CoverGirl lip perfection lipstick – temptress (you can check its review here). I find CoverGirl a good affordable brand with good quality products. My recent CoverGirl product is its eye enhancer 4 kit shadow.

CoverGirl eye shadow kit is among one of my first eye shadows. The palette contains four thoughtfully chosen eye shades. These are four expertly matched shades that work beautifully together or on their own. The nude shade can also be as a base for almost every look. This palette is based on the silky sheer formula that helps in effortless blending.

The pigmentation goes from sheer to buildable with low to medium coverage. However, if you want high coverage or more pigmentation then I would suggest wetting the eye shadow brush before fanning it on the shade palette. I find that using this palette is easy as it creates many looks effortlessly. You can go from subtle and natural to intense and smoky look in no time.

The next good thing about this palette is the subtle sheen. Depending upon the occasion, this can be given an intense look. On the other hand, if you are going for a professional meet than you can keep it to a subtle tad.

The two end brush that comes with CoverGirl Eye Enhancer 4 kit shadow come handy while travelling. If you are not planning to create a smoky look than this brush is sufficient to build a normal single or multi-color look. The con is that the kit does not contain any in-built mirror so you need to make some space for a handy mirror.

Coming to longevity, the shades stay on intact for good 5-6 hours. After that they start smudging, however that does not spoil the entire look just a little wear n tear :-)

Looks like a lovely selection of colors, and the pigmentation seems very decent, nice! And the fact that it has no mirror is not a problem for me, I don’t use those built-in mirrors anyway.
