Loreal 6 Oil Nourishing Conditioner Review
I purchased Loreal 6 Oil Nourishing Conditioner along with Loreal 6 oil nourishing shampoo. I have already reviewed that shampoo and shared my opinion on it. If you have not checked that post so far then you can have a look at it here. After that not-so-good experience, I did not keep any high expectations from this conditioner either. On the contrary, I started using it abundantly to finish off the bottle and jump on a new product. Whenever I get to use a product richly I have an indescribable royal feeling. I think it happens with everybody 😉 . Now, not wasting more time I will narrate how this product fared on its finish-it-off journey.
What the product says:
– The 6 Oil Nourish Conditioner, a first of its kind from L’Oréal Paris, can be used on the scalp.
– This conditioner provides complete nourishment to your hair giving it the 6 benefits of the Oils used.
Loreal 6 oil conditioner is dull yellow in color. It has a very thick texture unlike other conditioners that have running consistency. I have said in ‘Loreal 6 oil nourishing shampoo review’ that I was pretty impressed with its herbal fragrance. So being made on the same formula, I was expecting a similar fragrance from loreal 6 oil conditioner. Though the conditioner’s fragrance is a bit close to the shampoo’s yet I did not find it that prominent. It’s only 10% of what I was expecting. 😥
Regarding application, I tend to dilute hair shampoo and conditioner before applying them on the scalp. But as this one has a very thick consistency so it is very difficult to dilute. Somehow, I try to dilute it then massage my scalp along hair length till the tips. Usually, external conditioner are not to be applied on the scalp but for this one the ‘direction for use’ are little different. I was surprised when I first read the application instructions on the bottle. But after using the conditioner as directed I felt that it works best as is.
Coming to efficacy, being one of the first external conditioners that can be used on the scalp I think it not only works on external hair health but also on internal health. After using this conditioner I feel that my hair has become more healthy and manageable. There are less tangles and frizzes. My hair looks smooth, straight and soft. Usually, my hair has a tendency to look oily the very next day of hair wash. That calls for another hair wash after every alternate day. But with this conditioner, it does not get oily that often. I can have a 2 days gap before going for next hair wash.
For better results
After shampoo, massage it on the scalp working through hair length till the tips. Leave it on for 2 minutes and rinse.
