After a bad encounter with Vaseline healthy white triple lightening lotion I had to go for another body lotion. I was not looking for much in this new lotion but only the basic moisturizing properties. Due to time scarcity I dwelled on the same Vaseline brand but this time a different lotion: Vaseline Total Moisture Aloe Fresh 24hr Nourishing Body Lotion. Aloe Vera is good for skin, so I thought to give this the lotion a try to replete my dehydrated skin.

Vaseline total moisture aloe fresh body lotion comes in a green colored Vaseline packaging. The bottle has a flip open cap that makes it spill-proof. Every time I open the cap I feel refreshed as this lotion purely smells of Aloe Vera. The fragrance is very fresh and divine, which stays on the body for couple of hours. Had the fragrance stayed on for long, this body lotion would have replaced the average deodorants.

Vaseline Aloe fresh lotion is white in color. It has non-sticky, non-greasy texture, which penetrates into the skin quickly. It does not leave the skin streaky, white or cracky; instead keeps it moisturized for all day long.

Talking about the cons, in summers SPF is a must. Irrespective of the time one spends outside home one needs to have SPF induced body lotion. Vaseline total moisture aloe fresh nourishing body lotion does not have that sun protection factor. Had it have SPF it would have become a perfect body lotion for summers. The other thing that I think would have been improved in this body lotion is its oily appearance. Even though Vaseline aloe fresh body lotion has a non-sticky texture yet it gives an oily look for a while.

Final Word: I think Vaseline Total Moisture Aloe fresh nourishing body lotion is good for summers. Looking at its long pro list the trivial cons can be ignored. Also, to overcome the SPF absence, one can top up the exposed body parts with a good sunscreen.

Actually, this lotion used to have SPF24, but apparently, it doesn’t anymore. Maybe due to Vaseline’s new product healthy white. :(
