Lately, Jabong.com contacted me to review their website from a customer’s perspective. For the review process I was given a coupon code, using which I had to order some products and then write about my shopping experience on their website. Now when I am done with the shopping, here I am with my shopping-take-away-experience. Let’s go through the entire shopping journey step by step:
30th May, 12:30 pm – I was given the shopping coupon code.
31st May, 12:15 am – Called their customer service for some order assistance.
31st May, 12:52 am – Placed the order.
31st May, 3:29 am – Received order dispatched notification.
31st May, 12:15 pm – Order delivered :dancydancy:
Did you notice that it took me 12 hours in deciding what to order and it took jabong.com less than 12 hours in getting it delivered to me? Is not this a supersonic delivery? For me, this was the fastest online shopping delivery ever. In my case the shipping address was of NCR but looking at their swiftness I am pretty sure they would be making that sort of speedy deliveries to every destination. Not only that was the fastest order but also carefully packed. When I received my order, there were a couple of labels tagged on to it in order to take care of the handling of fragile products. And, this was how my order was packed.

A couple of my previous online shopping experiences were pretty bad. I do not want to name any particular website but if you check my blog you will definitely find a bad shopping experience post. When I say bad- it means I had bad experience in delivery, bad experience in turnaround time, bad experience in quality of products and bad experience in seeking customer service. But with Jabong.com the experience was quite different. The first thing that impressed me is their quick delivery and the second thing that impressed me is their 24*7 customer support. Even when I called them at wee hour (12:15 am) for some order assistance they happily helped me out. I did not feel a tinge a tiredness or reluctance or haste in their assistance. The executive sounded eager and happy to help me out, which I genuinely liked a lot.

Now, talking about the shopping, Jabong has huge variety of stock that gives more options to choose the best stuff. The e-store at present carries over 1000 brands and over 90,000 products. They keep running attractive discount schemes that are appropriate for their customers’ needs. My favourite ones are the flash sales that usually provide somewhere around 50-60% discounts –as they say “A penny saved is a penny earned”. Talking about me- nope, this adage does not fit me. All my saved pennies attract more saved pennies to shop more exorbitantly :cry: . But definitely, Jabong is helping us to save our hard earned money- there are some spendthrift people like me who re-spent those savings, poor me.
