While purchasing a blush there are certain things that require attention: blush texture, blush pigmentation and blush fallout. Talking about texture, blushes come in creamy or powdery texture. People with oily skin should go for powdery blush and dry skin should go for creamy blush. Also, the blush shade should suit the skin tone.

Loreal true match blush range has somber shades from earthy nude to dark pink. The pigmentation of these shades is sheer to buildable. Recently I have bought a True Rose shade from this range, let’s see how I find it.

My take on ‘Loreal true match blush true rose’

It comes in a cute round pot, which is a transparent double case with metallic rim. The pot is divided into two segments. The upper portion contains blush and lower portion contains a small mirror along with a semicircular brush. The brush is not that useful but quite handy if someone is carrying this blush on a travel.

Talking about the shade ‘True Rose’ is a light pink color with soft gold sheen. It would be very useful in defining the contour of all skin tones but as a blush will look great on medium to dusky skin tones. After one application it gives a pinkish sheen to the cheeks, this kind of appears as natural glow. For evening parties, a couple of strokes would look great. The blush is not that flaky and does not easily fall out. The staying power is about 3-4 hours with primer and 4-5 hours without primer.
