Hi Kratika.. you should apply these curd masks. They are very beneficial in treating rough and dry hair. Along with curd hair masks, use mixture of olive oil & almond oil to massage your hair at least once a week.

Also add proteins to your diet. Proteins aid in hair health and texture improvement.

Hey Kratika, If you will apply these masks on weekly basis then you will start seeing the results in just couple of weeks.. Regarding the growing part, I doubt these masks help in rooting new hairs but they can reduce hair breakage.

And as I have said earlier, improve your diet honey.. it directly reflects on your skin and hair texture.

      1) Hair care routine does not only involve outer care but inner as well. Pay proper attention to your diet, include vegetables, fruits and high protein stuff in your diet.

      2) Massage your hair every alternate day with olive +almond oil.

You shoudl use them before oiling. After you have applied curd mask do not use shampoo to rinse off the curd. When the hair gets dried, oil them, and follow your usual shampooing routine.

        Hello Shailja,

How are you? I am confused here. When i was reading the procedure of all the curd masks mentioned by you, what i figured out that you have suggested to keep the mask on for 30 to 40 minutes and then rinse it out and immediately shampoo and condition the hair the same day…..

should we shampoo n condition the same day or rinse out the curd pack and once the hair gets dried, oil the hair and wash it using the shampoo the next day??

        please clear my confusion Shailja.
        regards

          Hi Kirti,

I am doing well.. hope you are great too.

Curd makes the hair oily, and if you do not need to step out the day your are applying these masks then just rinse off the pack and shaampoo/condition the other day.

When I apply these packs on weekend I do not shampoo on same day, but on weekdays I have to as otherwise my hair will look oily and weighed down.

Hope this clarifies the confusion. But one thing is, apply these packs on dry (non-oiled)hair as it will feed the scalp well.

          Regards,
          Shailja
