Indian festival season diya designs
Happy Dussehra to all of you. Hope you all are enjoying this festive season. India is a place of diverse languages, religions, food and customs yet a single Indian culture binds us all together. Indian culture is so rich for our ancestor’s heritage; it is a culture of festivals, celebrations and happiness. People eagerly wait for this time of the year to come; they do everything in advance: plan their leaves, book their tickets, buy gifts for loved ones and place the necessary orders even months before just to be with their loved ones on time.
In our busy schedules these festivals become a reason to mix up with our families and distant relatives. Because of these occasions we get to share love & spend some quality time together. Obviously, festivals also call for a little extra drudgery but nobody minds that, in fact everybody fulfills his/her share of work happily with dedication and devotion. Home decorations, pujas, flowers, homemade sweets, diyas, rangoli, candle lights are an important part of these celebrations. They change the aroma we live in, give a new feel to our home, adding significance to this ecstatic and sacred time.
Personally, I won’t feel myself a part of the celebration unless and until I am involved in its preparation. In my today’s post I will be sharing with you some of the handmade diya designs that I have found on the internet when I was planning to design them on my own 🙂
Have a great day ahead ! May God bless you with loads of happiness, love and success. Enjoy the festive season.
Stay happy stay healthy !
